Well we had a good weekend. Saturday I watched my niece Arial and the kids had a great time playing. Today we took the kids to Vacation Bible School. My friend is a pastor at a church and since our church doesn't have vacation bible school we took the kids there. They had a big water slide and a little horse for the kids to ride. Ian got to ride the horse first and loved it, but then it was Bradon's turn and well he got bucked off the horse. He didn't get hurt and because the man was kind of holding on to him so when he hit the ground he didn't hit hard. Of course in true Bradon fashion he just pops up and says "I want to go on the slide." I laughed until I cried that is so Bradon to get bucked off a horse.
So we go to the slide and you have to take off your shoes to get on it. Well Ian nor Bradon wanted to do that but we talked them into it. Ian got on the slide and loved it and well Bradon took off his shoes and within a few seconds got stung by something on the foot and then didn't want on the slide. All he wanted was his shoes back on. A very nice lady held him and took him down the slide. He only went 1 time so I guess he didn't like it to much. He then got in the kiddie pool and had a great time. They will be going to vacation bible school all this week. Ian had to be talked into it. My friend the Pastor, his wife is Ian's teacher for vacation bible school. When I told him that Ian may not come back but Bradon would. His wife took Ian in and showed him the class room that they had a tent and all this stuff. When Ian came back outside he had a big smile on his face and said "ok mom I want to come back" I was so glad that she took the time to make him feel comfortable. He is very shy and does not like change. I hope all goes well this week and they both have a great time.
