Week 13 Dramatic Black and White

This weeks photo is one I took of my friends little girl Caroline. She is a very sweet 3 year old and her mother Tara is my best friend. Please pray for her mom. Tara has Ulcerative Colitis and is going to have surgery to have her colon removed. She is going to have a very long recovery and with 2 little kids she needs everyone's prayers.

I am still alive

Well sorry I have not posted in awhile but things have been kind of a mess around here. The kids have been sick, my mom is not doing well emotionally, and we had a man at are church pass away. I just have not felt like doing much of anything but doing what I have to and sleeping. Besides all that not much else has happened.

This past weekend I got to see my good friend Tara. She moved a little over a year ago 3 hours away and I have not seen her in a year. Her little girls birthday was the Saturday before and we were suppose to go, but I got sick. So last weekend we had a Easter get together with her and her family. Her family is my husbands family also. Her husband and my hubby are 1st cousins. So we all got together early to let the kids hunt eggs. The reason is that in a couple of weeks Tara will go in for surgery and will be in the hospital during Easter. Tara for the past 5 or 6 years has had Ulcerative colitis. It has gotten to the point that she will need have surgery to remove her colon. She will be in surgery for about 5 to 6 hours and in the hospital for around 10 days. She will have to have a bag for a couple of months and then they will got back in and do surgery so that she will not longer have to have the bag. it seems so unfair for someone so young she is only 31 and has 2 beautiful little kids.

So please pray for Tara and her family that she makes a full recovery and that God can calm all her fears. Please also pray for my mother that God can give her peace that she needs so very much and also pray for Ann her husband Allan is still sick and in the hospital you can go visit her blog at http://halesbelles.blogspot.com/

Week 11 I Heart Faces

This week on I heart faces is all about being bundled up. This is a picture of Bradon all bundled up playing in the snow that we hardly ever see. We only got about a inch but it was enough for the boys to enjoy.
